RETURN POLICY INFORMATION
www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi has listed out the Return Policy elaborately in the Return Policy section of the website. A "buyer" is assumed to have gone through the return policy and accepted the conditions stated on the Return Policy as terms of the purchase.
CANCELLATION
Customer can request for cancellation of order on www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi via email or whatsapp or phone upto 24 hrs of placing order provided the order has not been shipped out and tracking sent to customer. No cancellation request will be accepted after order has been shipped. At that point normal Return Policy norms will be applied. If cancellation request is accepted, full refund will be issued within 48 hrs. The refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / to the original mode of payment in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved).
REFUND
For "cancelled order" refund prior to ship out full refund would be issued within 48 hrs and the refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / original mode of payment account in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved). For "return order" refunds, the final amount to be refunded will be determined as per the Return Policy of the website or App. Customer has to reach out to www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi within 48 hrs of order shipment receive for any returns. No returns / refunds requests will be accepted beyond 7 days of order shipment receive. Final refund amount (as determined post deductions etc defined in Return Policy) will be issued within 48 hrs. The refund amount will be credited to customer bank account / to the original mode of payment in 7-10 business days (time taken by payment gateway and bank processing time involved).
