By using or registering for www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi app, users and the entities or persons they represent ("User" or "Users") agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms, conditions, and notices set forth or referenced herein and any other condition displayed on any of the pages of the Ascensions Website (collectively, the "Terms"). The amended terms and conditions shall override the Terms to extent any such amended term is inconsistent or repugnant to these Terms and all Users shall be bound by such amended Terms. ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP

Use of the Site of App is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age, you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this User Agreement. Except where additional terms and conditions are provided which are product specific, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail not-withstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATION

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.

AUTHENTICITY / GEO LOCATION OF PRODUCT ORIGIN INFORMATION

While www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi strives to provide accurate product name and style information we cannot provide precise authenticity / geo location / physical location of the origin of any product since a product can come through multiple layers of suppliers, 3rd party vendors before finally being sold on our website. www.ascensions.co.in or Dolchi does not provide any GI tag / labels / written certificate of authenticity for any of its products sold on the website. In situations where the product does come with a GI tag or any form of authenticity document it would be explicitly mentioned in the product details of the product listing page. The above is especially applicable and not just restricted to products All concerns should be clarified before making the actual purchase.
